Patio doors lead off the lounge onto a private terrace with dining area. Steps lead up to a superb roof terrace with its stunning views. It has a dining area, 4 sunbeds, BBQ & pergola to provide shade. There is a shared pool at the foot of the apartment block and a children’s playground opposite. Secure underground parking. For golfers, the resort boasts a fantastic 18 hole PGA championship golf course designed by Dave Thomas. The brand new golf clubhouse is a must for all, providing bar and al a Carte dining at reasonable prices. Guests visiting in high season also have access to the exclusive Beach club accessed by ferry.

Costa Cálida is on the S.E. Spanish coastline with access to the beautiful sandy beaches of the Mar Menor - Europe's largest salt water lagoon making the area one of the most popular places in Europe for all kinds of water sports. Los Alcazares is the nearest town - the centre is very traditional but also has shops bars & restaurants. Within walking distance of the centre is the beautiful beach of Los Narejos that stretches for 7km. Cartagena is 20 minutes drive - the Spanish Navy's headquarters since the 1700s. Visit the beautiful harbour and neighboring shops retraunts and bars. The bustling city of Murcia is 40 minutes drive and is well worth a visit for it's history and architecture such as the Castilian Gothic style Cathedral of the Diocese of Cartagena which was completed in 1465. There are also modern shopping centres within easy reach including Dos Mares housing a food hall cinema and a variety of shops.

  • The price includes bedlinen, towels (not beach towels), cleaning (before you arrive & on departure), electricity, gas, water, air-conditioning and heating. Our Management Company Representative will meet you at the resort and show you around the apartment describing the working of all equipment. He will provide you his contact numbers and be available should there be any queries or problems.
  • The price includes one full clean, before you arrive. If you require a further clean during your holiday, this can be arranged at a cost of £70 per clean.
  • A deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 4 weeks before departure together with a security deposit of £150 which will be returned to you after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment following your departure

There is a fully equipped custom fitting suite and 2 purpose built teaching areas with the latest video analysis and technology providing fantastic facilities for the experienced Golf Professionals to deliver a friendly and professional learning experience. There are floodlit driving range bays providing a private and spacious practice environment. A putting green covering 970 sqm and pitching area for short game facilities. Tuition may be taken on a one to one basis or within a group environment.

Private Beach Club: Roda Golf & Beach Resort boasts an exclusive Beach Club Located in The Veneciola in La Manga del Mar Menor. Corner of paradise!

The apartment is luxurious! It offers everything you need from comfy beds to indoor and outdoor tableware, great for barbecues on the fantastic terrace. The swimming pool is literally a stones throw away and always just the right temperature.
Cleanliness could not be faulted and the agents were friendly and accommodating.
There's a relaxed atmosphere at the clubhouse which had live music, cabaret to classical, most evenings. It takes less than ten minutes to walk there in the evening when it's safe to use the buggy path. The bar menu isn't all that varied but the food is good and reasonably priced. We didn’t use the restaurant but it’s on our list of things to do on our next visit.
The on site shop is well stocked and there are two large supermarkets in walking distance, so easy to fill up the fridge freezer.
Our favourite eateries were El Patio and Campbell’s and both seemed very popular so it's advisable to book.
The beach is clean and the hop to the sea over the hot sand is a short one as it's long and narrow. There are plenty of sunbeds and shades to hire and many cafes and bars dotted around.
We took the trip to the beach club, well worth a visit, very palatial and so relaxing.
We'll definitely go back to this property!

Owner's Response: So glad you had a good time. The apartment really is ideally located for all types of holiday allowing you to do as little or ad much as you like. We are in the process of gathering lots of local tourist information for the use of future guests. Bike hire seems a great idea if you'd rather not hire a car.

Great Appartment

The appartment was ideal for our visit - comfortably accomodated 4 adults and an infant. The roof terrace was fantastic, ideal for the BBQ.
The complex is well thought out and has all the amenaties we required, and help was only a phonecall away if we did need anything more.
Some great places to visit - Cartagena and Murcia are a must, although we went out of season so there was not much activity on the beach, but it was still very nice.

A great place to go and relax and get away from it all.

lovely relaxing holiday

We had a really lovely holiday at the Roda Golf and Beach Resort. The apartment is beautiful and the decor and furnishings are of a high standard. We used the roof terrace for bbq's and it was a perfect place to relax. Our two young boy's loved the pool which was never too busy as each set of apartments has it own pool area. The beaches and sea water is also clean and safe for youngsters. There are plenty of places to eat, our favourites were El Diva (the chicken and prawn dishes are to die for!) and Campbell's (would advise booking Campbells as it get booked up). The Golf Club House is also worth visiting and offers a great choice of food as does El Patio. Overall, we had a fabulous holiday set in wonderful surroundings and will definately be returning, hopefully in the not too distant future.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Me and my boyfriend booked a last minute break away and could not have picked anything better. The accommodation was first class and had everything you need.
The Club House is a short walk away and has some fantastic views over the golf course. We got a taxi into the local village on a few nights which had a really good selection of bars and restaurants.
The roof terrace is great sun trap and you can see some fantastic sunsets of an evening.
We will definitely be recommending the apartment to all our family and friends.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: The sun terrace is a great feature to the apartment, making the penthouses a cut above the rest. The extra space is invaluable. Ideal for sun bathing (very private), romantic evenings and bbq's! Glad you also used the clubhouse facilities. The bar area is very family orientated and food is reasonably priced. For a more formal meal, the restaurant is also good.
