On the top floor of a traditional Nicoise building with a lift, this apartment is simply STUNNING! Only a minutes walk from the beach, shops and cafes, this beautifully furnished, modern apartment boasts 3 spacious double bedrooms, each with French windows that open out onto the terracotta rooftops of Nice. The large lounge is fitted with a corner sofa that seats 6, there is a 107cm flat screen TV with DVD and WIFI. The dining room is separate with a dining table that seats 8. The light and airy separate kitchen is a cooks dream as its equipped with a double door american fridge freezer, with ice dispenser, dishwasher, oven and 4 ring electric hob and plenty of work space. The stylish bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet and there is also a separate WC next door. The whole apartment is 117 m2 with large french windows on every side and air conditioning throughout. You will enjoy a luxurious stay for a great price.

This is a great location for those who want to take advantage of the sunny beach whilst sampling what the city of Nice and the surrounding Riviera has to offer.

Everything is just perfect ! Exactly described as Simon is writing in the site. Very good location access to the city centre & beach. ( 5 minutes by walking.)
