A luxury 2 bedroom apartment located in a brand new development in the picturesque town of Sao Martinho do Porto The apartment is furnished and fully equipped to a modern and high standard, including a jacuzzi bath. This development has a swimming pool and tennis court and is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and the centre of Sao Martinho where you will find many bars, cafes and restaurants. The apartment has a fully equiped kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron & ironing board, toatser and kettle. In the living room there is a 32 inch LCD Flat TV with a DVD player and stereo system. The bedrooms come with solid wood beds and headboard, duvets and fitted wardrobes.
