This is a spacious ground floor apartment conveniently located with a view over the courtyard and pool area plus the apartment has its own small terrace area as well. This recently constructed property has been finished to a very high standard along with the closed condominium being built with the holiday maker in mind. The resort is on a 5000 sq meter plot that is all laid to lawn and encompasses its own private tennis court. The surrounding views look over Portuguese countryside and Sao Martinho town, the location is ideal to be able get away from the hustle & bustle of the busy sea side town but be close enough to be able to walk to the beaches, bars, cafes and restaurants. The property itself is very modern, stylish and fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, flat LCD TV, DVD and stereo system.
