The impressive photos and description of the Kursaal (and Chillida) apartments, don't begin to do it justice. My wife and daughter and I were among the first to stay in the Kursaal ( which is next door to the Chillida), and were completely blown away by the beauty, comfort, and convenience of the place. We have stayed in 5 star hotels, but none came close to to these accomodations. Everything in the place, furniture, kitchen appliances, combined one program washer/dryer, flat screen tvs (2), and perfect ultra modern (but not intimidating) decor was state of the art, and perfect. Think the wonderful Opus Hotel in Vancouver,BC, but more special, and with all the conveniences of your home. My favorite feature was the incredible rainshower like shower, with a 3 foot square showerhead. In addition to everything these apartments have to offer, the women who manage them, Nuria and Nerea, who are both economists, could not be more helpful and anxious to make your stay in San Sebastian memorable.
