Spacious apartment with large dining/living area. It has a fully fitted kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. Bedroom 1& 3 have kingsize beds, bedroom 2 has twin beds. All our bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and matching bedside cabinets with air con and ceiling fans fitted in all rooms, there is also an ensuite shower room to bedroom 1 and double patio doors leading out onto the balcony. The dining area has a feature 'drop ceiling' and a large solid wood table which can cater for 8 people. The living area is decorated with a 'featured stone wall' and large patio doors leading to the balcony. There are two 3-seater leather sofas that fold out to a bed providing additional sleeping provision if needed. The large balcony overlooks the swimming pool below and seating area which is all enclosed. A patio setconsisting of a table and four chairs allows for alfresco dining. An elevator takes you down to the secured car parking area where parking provision is supplied.

If this isn't testament enough this tranquil and traditional cultural village is surrounded by greenery offering far reaching views and has proved to be very popular with those looking for that something a little bit different. Kiti village is also the home to the oldest church on the island, 'Panagia Angelokisti church' which holds inside one of the finest pieces of Byzantine art, a 6Th century mosaic of the Virgin Mary and Child between two archangels, which rivals the Ravenna Mosaic. Additional information about rental rates

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental is payable to secure a booking. This can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit card via Pay Pal. Bookings will only be considered as confirmed once a deposit has been received or funds have cleared in our account.
    A balance payment is payable no later than 6 weeks prior to date of arrival. An email or postal reminder may be sent out up to two weeks before payment is due.

    We also ask for a refundable breakages/damages deposit of €150 on all bookings. We ask that this is paid within the balance payment and will be refunded within 14 days of your departure from 105 Horizon View if no breakages/damages have occurred during your stay in the apartment.

    If breakages/damages have occurred the cost of replacements will be deducted and a cheque for the balance returned to you within 14 days of your departure from 105 Horizon View.

    Please report any breakages, damage to the property or any other problem as soon as it occurs
  • For bookings less than a week or over a weekend, we request that the full payment is made a least 6 weeks before arrival. If the booking is cancelled then a deduction of 50% of the total amount will be taken and the remainder returned to the client.
