Brand new apartment with stunning views across the Umbrian countryside, the ‘green heart’ of Italy. A beautiful and panoramic drive will lead you to the property, set high on a hill offering unforgettable views of a lush landscape dotted with olive groves, vineyards, fortresses and well preserved hill towns. Part of a charming development called Torre de’ Monaldeschi. From here unspoilt views of Orvieto can be seen. Situated at the end of a 3 kilometre dirt road, this is truly a relaxing retreat. Whilst the property is new, it is built in a traditional Umbrian style with stone building materials and natural terracotta floors. Pleasantly furnished and located on the ground floor, the 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths will comfortably accommodate 4 adults or a small family. Torre de’ Monaldeschi is a relaxing and ideal location to experience nature and the culture of Italy. A perfect base from which to visit Rome, Florence, Siena and other hidden gems, all within 90 minutes drive.
