Luxury furnished 1800 sq ft. 3-level town house/2BA/2.5BA with a loft in the heart of Venice, one block from the ocean and close to the Reputable Golds Gym. Steps from Restaurants, Bars, Salons, Shopping. Large living room with high 30 feet double ceilings and fireplace, 51' Cable TV , DVD/CD. Full kitchen with hardwood floors, wireless internet; master BR with a balcony, 36' TV, with king-size bed, large walk-in closet and hot tab. 2nd BR with a queen-size bed. Loft used as an BR/office with a patio on the 3rd floor. three sleeper couches; heated swimming pool and jacuzzi (very private). Non smoking unit. Rates are good for 5 people. extra $50 per person per stay after 5 people (7 people max) 50% due at reservation (non-refundable). Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Non refundable Cleaning Fee $100. Payment in USD by Check , Cash, Wire Transfer or Pay Pal ( fee 4 % ) Customer is responsible for all money transfer fees including a wire transfer fee or Pay Pal.
