Luxury 4BR/4.5 BA 4000 sq.f house. Lovely backyard w/ pool/hot tub. King size bed, fireplace, jacuzzi & 56' flat screen TV in master bedroom, AC/heating, marble floors and counter tops. Just yards from trendy Ventura Blvd. 15 min from Universal Studios, Hollywood and the world-famous Getty Museum. 20 min to Santa Monica and the glorious beaches of Malibu. 65' cable TV in living room, wireless Internet , gourmet kitchen & huge recreation party room with fireplace, ping pong table, wet bar and a patio with mountain views. Close to Disneyland. Rates are good for 8 people/extra $50 per person per stay after 8 people (12 people max) 50% due at reservation (non-refundable). Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Cleaning Fee $150. Pool /Jacuzzi Heater Fee $40 per/day upon request ONLY. Payment in USD by Check , Cash, Wire Transfer or Pay Pal ( fee 4 % ) Customer is responsible for all money transfer fees including a wire transfer fee or Pay Pal.
