A 19th century Cortijo set in 20,000 square metres of orange trees. It is located in beautiful countryside of Lora Del Rio but only 7 minute drive into town along 1.5km country lane and then main road. Magnificent views to parque natural Matallana and sierra Morena.Outside there is a large garden with a 12x6 metre swimming pool, BBQ, kitchen, shaded dining area. Inside there are 5 ensuite bedrooms and a further 5 bedrooms and family shower room. 4 bedrooms enjoy English Satellite TV together with Games room, lounge and kitchen. The substantial 70 square metre lounge and its high vaulted ceilings provides a relaxing environment. Games room offers table tennis, pool table and games console. Fully equiped kitchen featuring granite worktops,island and eating area. Utility room includes washing machine, tumble drier and access to a patio and raised sun terrace for drying washing. Weekly cleaning service with towels and linen provided. Both the lounge and dining room are air conditionned.

Cortijo Estacada is located 40km from Seville Airport and only 5 minutes from the town of Lora Del Rio with its many shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and mainline train station with regular services to Seville and Cordoba. Situated in beautiful country side with views to Sierra Morena and only a short walk to the protected natural parque Matallana the Cortijo provides the perfect location for exploring. The historical town of Carmona is only 22km and is also where you can access the motorway. The nearest beaches of the Costa De la Luz are located in Huevla and are approx 1hour 40 minutes passing through areas such as the famous Donana National park and town of El Rocio which are on the route to the nearest beach resort of Matalascanas. Seville steeped in culture and history with its many tourist attractions can easily be accessed by car or regular train service every 30 minutes. The town of Jerez, famous for its sherry and wines, is only 90 minutes drive.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental rates are based on 10 people at the property. Each additional person per night up to a maximum of 18 people is charged at an additional 22 euros in high summer season/20 euros mid season/18 euros low season.

    Arrival and Departure: In order to allow our housekeeper time to prepare for you and your successors, please do not arrive before 4.00pm on your day of arrival and please leave by 10.00am on the day of departure.

    Travel Insurance : Please ensure that you take out comprehensive travel insurance.
  • Additional information about rental rates

    Complimentary welcome pack provided upon arrival (wine, beer, bread, milk, eggs, etc)
    If required we can arrange to do some food shopping for you prior to your arrival. This service costs 15 euros plus the value of your shopping bill.
    English and Spanish speaking baby sitter also available.


    Payments: A deposit of 50% of the rental cost is payable on booking and confirmation will not be effected until the whole of the deposit has been received. The balance of rental payment must be made 8 weeks prior to the beginning of the rental period. Non payment of the balance within this period will constitute notice of cancellation and the property will be re-offered and cancellation conditions applied.
  • Cancellation: Should you, for whatever reason, cancel the booking, you will have the right to repayment of all money paid minus cancellation charges. Cancellation is effected only when written notification is received by Cortijo Estacada or in the event of non payment of balances.
    Breakage Deposit: You will be charged a security breakage deposit of 300 euros. This fee will be added to your booking fee as a security for any breakage, or damage done by you during your stay in Cortijo Estacada. Please note that this fee will be fully refunded to you if you do not damage or break any item in the Cortijo or outside during your stay. Security Deposit will be refunded to you within 4 weeks of your return from holiday.
