This apartment is beautifully located close to St. Margarita town centre and 5 mins walk from the beach. It is located on the 3rd floor with balcony overlooking St. Margarita and the mountains. The apartment house benefits from a lift as well as a communal swimming pool. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment has a modern kitchen and comes with a bathroom with shower and two toilets. The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk from the sea front and all the bars and restaurants. Also there is a supermarket nearby. The apartment can sleep 6 persons with a double sofa bed in the living room.
