Based 100 metres from some of the best beaches in the world, white sand and turquoise waters. 1 Bed Apartment sleeps up to 4 people with connecting door to studio which sleeps 2 people. From £250 per week for apartment and £180 per week for studio. The building was completed in 2008 and fitted with the finest Italian quality finish, 1 bedroom apartment with double bed, 1 sofa bed, TV, fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with fitted shower, kitchen table and 4 chairs as well as all kitchen appliances. South facing balcony. Studio apartment with sofa bed all other details the same as the apartment Located very centrally in Santa Maria within 5 minutes walk of the main square, restaurants and bars.

The studio is air-conditioned and has a sofa bed in the lounge area, there is also a TV in the lounge as well as dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equiped and has a microwave and fridge. There is a South facing balcony with furniture. The apartment is located only 100 metres from the sea. It was completed in 2008 and is fitted with the finest quality Italian finish. There is a safe and hanging space in cupboards. Very bright apartment located Centrally.
