This apartment is arranged on a single level with terraces front and rear providing spectacular views to the sea and the Granada mountains. The high-spec accommodation includes 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twin). The main 2 bedrooms enjoy en-suite facilities and a further shower/cloakroom serves the 3rd twin-bedded room. Additional features include hot/cold air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machines etc. Spacious living area has plasma TV with satellite and DVD etc. La Cala resort in general is an exclusive recreational estate of approx 1000 acres having 3 championship golf courses and is now the largest golf resort in Spain. Also on the complex is a new Spa, tennis / gym facilities and the apartment is just a few yards from the driving range, David Leadbetter Academy and a par 3 course.
