Villa La Californie would be an ideal choice for a family holiday on the French Riviera with stunning views over the surrounding countryside. The large living room opens out onto the garden with terrace and swimming pool. The dining room also has 2 french windows leading out onto the garden so both rooms have a feeling of space and light. The modern kitchen is well equipped and has a small breakfast table. There is a separate utility room on the ground floor with shower and WC. Upstairs we find a stunning master bedroom with access onto the balcony which wraps around the house. From here you have wonderful views over the garden, pool and the uninterrupted country-side. There is large bathroom with double sinks and bath next to the master bedroom with separate WC. There are 2 other good sized double bedrooms and the 4Th bedroom has 2 single beds which can be made as a double if required. The second bathroom on this level has double sinks and a shower.

Villa La Californie is located just outside of Cagnes-sur-Mer in the heart of the cultural region of the Cote d'Azur. Not only do you have the beaches of the French Riviera nearby but you are close to the villages of Vence and St Paul-de-Vence with the many art galleries and the famous Renoir museum and Garden where he spent his final years. Canges-sur-Mer is well located on the Cote d'Azur and is a short drive from Nice Airport. Further along the coast you can visit the well-known beaches in Juan-les-Pins, Antibes and Cannes. In the other directions you are close to Villefrance, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Monaco and even Italy. Cagnes-sur-Mer itself has plenty of shops and restaurants and of course the beach with all the water sports to enjoy. Above the town there is the older part called Haut-de-Cagnes which is a medieval village with a maze of small, pebbled-paved streets and artists' studios.
