The huge country house Dom Sto Lat is peacefully situated next to a small river. The large cosy kitchen with stove will provide a relaxed family breakfast and dinner. From the living room you can enjoy the view to the river and the lovely garden. Three spacious sleeping rooms offer a double bed and a single bed each. All rooms are decorated with original furniture and materials. The whole house is provided with central heating. In the huge garden (1500 sqm) there are 3 garages, garden furniture, hammocks and a barbeque available. Sport-loving guests can enjoy several mountain bikes, manege for horse riding and many walking routes in the hilly region. In winter season the house also functions as a cosy ski retreat to enjoy your favourite winter sport activities nearby in Karpacz and Sklarska Poreba. It is a family friendly, value-for-money holiday home with very good facilities in a wonderful region at the feet of the Karkonosze Mountains.

The Sudetenmountains in the southern part of Dolnoslaski are amongst the most attractive regions for rest seeking and sport-lovers in Poland. Here are the most important mountain peaks in the region. Every visitor will forever remember the wonderful vistas, the fascinating fold mountains of the Karkonosze and the enchanting waterfalls. The Sudetenmountains, or Karkonosze, definitely are a holiday region for all seasons. Here are the most important resorts Karpacz and Sklarska Poreba in the vicinity of the highest mountain peak, the Sniezka (1603 m). There are many ski runs and nursery slopes. One 1000 m Rodelbahn (toboggan run) is opened throughout the year. Hikers will get their satisfaction from the 1300 kilometre marked routes. The snow blowers provide for skiing from November through May. Close to the Czech border there is a huge langlauf (cross-country skiing) area. Jelenia Gora (approx. 100.000 inhabitants) with its suburbs Cieplice and Jagniatkow is a very interesting city.

Sport facilities: You are free to walk round the 7 hectare meadow belonging to the property. During dawn or dusk you can spot roe or other game on this land. Sports loving guests can rent mountain bikes; go for a horse ride at one of the many bridle-paths. The many inviting hiking routes range from easy walking to challenging hikes. There is a total of 300 kilometres bicycle routes laid out in the Iser and Sudeten mountains. In winter the house offers a cosy retreat for skiing in nearby Karpacz and Sklarska Poreba. After skiing there are the inviting stoves to warm you up. Whatever sports activity you are looking for, from challenging hikes in fairytale winter landscapes, tobogganing, rides with horse drawn sleighs and skiing to snowboarding, everything can be found in the vicinity and for cheap prices. Take a sunbath or dream away in a hammock in the fruit garden with the murmur of the Bóbr river in the background.

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie (3 Generationen) das erste mal im Dom Sto Lat.Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig. Im Haus haben wir uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat viel Platz und ist sehr gemütlich. Liebevoll gepflegt wird das Haus von innen wie von außen durch den Hausverwalter Yannek. Seine herzliche Art hat zu unserem gelungenen Urlaub beigetragen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben im vorhinein einiges an wertvollen Information,per E-Mail, von ihm bekommen.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
