Kato Paphos holiday apartment

What a super complex this apartment is situated on, with a lovely view over the gardens from the balcony - a perfect place to have breakfast or glass of wine in the evenings! The apartment itself felt spacious and was spotlessly clean. It's extremely well kitted out, everything you could need was in the kitchen with thought given to other things that guests might appreciate (cool box, ice packs ec...) Super idea.
This thoughtfulness was evident throughout the apartment (collapable child's buggy if needed, CDs, DVDs, videos, books).
The information file on the area was invaluable and certainly helped in getting to know what was available locally right from the start of the holiday.
I'd certainly recommend this apartment to friends. It was a delight to stay there and all around were very friendly. It's a super place to 'chill out' and the complex itself is small, personal and delightfully laid out. The picture on the site is attractive, but the real thing is even better - very green with luscious foliage and an array of flowers.
It's a 15 walk to the harbour /seafront with a huge choice of restaurants on the way. There's a small shop nearby for basic essentials (their fresh bread rolls were amazing!) but for everything else and for better prices, there's a very large and excellent supermarket near the harbour front. It sells everything you need, including well known brands and local produce. The instore cafe there is clean, comfortable and good value ... and a great place to wait if you dislike walking round aisles shopping!
A must is the coastal walk that starts at the harbour and winds to the right, around the headland - absolutely beautiful early morning before the sun gets too hot.
The local bus service is very efficient, the drivers spoke english and were helpful. Car hire was equally good, with the advantage of decent roads and driving on the left like home.
All in all a great place to go on holiday and wonderful to have some sun before winter sets in back at home!
