Our lovely 3* apartment in Paradise Gardens 1, the award winning exclusive complex in Kato Paphos. On the first floor, it has a secluded balcony with sundrenched and shaded areas that overlooks the pools and gardens. Just 5 mins walk (500m) from restaurants and supermarkets. The seafront and harbour are 10 mins away so you can have a busy nightlife or relax peacefully. Just 20 minutes drive from Paphos airport. The Island of Cyprus has something for everyone: sunsoaked beaches; crystal clear waters and an average of 340 days sunshine a year. 3 Golf Courses within 30 minutes drive. It is the birthplace of Aphrodite and has many interesting historical sites. There are wonderful places you can walk or look for birds and flowers - the Nature Reserve on the Akamas Peninsular, or the Troodos Mountains, where it snows from January to March and you can ski!

Wonderful Appartment = Great Holiday

The appartment was exactly as described, it was clean, well maintained and very comfortable to live in. Local information was provided which proved to very useful (please do take time to read). Paphos had some very good restaurants - the Mandarin - chinese was exceptional as was Porto Bello, in fact we were not disappointed at all with any of the local restaurants. We hired a car and saw some of the sites (well worth the time) and parking was very easy both at the appartment and else where. Our son who is 11 said it was a wonderful holiday and we would definately recommend this appartment. The owners were very helpful both before we booked and after. Came home very relaxed.

5 years ago, we chose this apartment over many others because when we walked in the door, we just felt 'wow - this is the one!' It is so lovely and in such a wonderful complex. We are pleased that all of our guests have loved staying there too.
It is very important to us that we give our guests excellent service before, during and after their stay.

Fantastic Apartments!

The description does not do this wonderful apartment justice! On arrival the apartment was clean and well maintained. Its about a 10 min walk to the town centre not far at all.
The owners gave us all the information we needed within plenty of time and were really helpful when I had queries. I would highly recommend this apartment it has everything you would need and much much more.
I have never booked an ower owned apartment before and the owners have really made my experience a good one!

Paphos itself is a great resort with plenty on offer for all ages. We really liked Coral Beach (get on the bus!) and sunbathed there most days. The best restaurant by far was Porto Bello which is opposite the Almera Hotel - the food was out of this world and much better than the food around the harbour area.

All in all a wonderful holiday and great apartments run by trustworthy owners. Thank You!. Tara & Chris June 2009
