This spacious three bedroom apartment is brand new and one of the best positioned apartments in the area. The apartment is located in Boulevard Marachel Foch which is just five minutes walk from the Centre Ville and its amenities, the Old Town and also the beach. The train station is a 15 minute walk away and provides easy access to a number of places of interest such a Monaco, Nice, Cannes and the mountain village of Eze. The apartment is furnished to the highest standards, and provides a home from home luxury holiday for up to 6 family and friends and room for 2 visitors too. It is equipped with all the modern accessories required such as satellite TV, a 32' LCD TV in the lounge, DVD & CD, internet connection, fully fitted kitchen and utility. The 2 main bedrooms also have 26' LCD TVs. It boasts an extensive terrace with spa pool, external dining and lounge areas screened with Mediterranean planting as well as a sweeping balcony which spans the other two sides of the apartment.

There is an all year round calendar of events including the Cannes Film Festival and the Monaco Grand Prix. In Antibes there is the Picasso Museum, an exceptionally large harbour for the super yachts, local markets including local food & antiques and street entertainment in the summer evenings. Walking and biking are popular activities in the area especially around the famous Cap D'Antibes. There are three main beaches in Antibes all within walking distance of the apartment for great fun & relaxation. Scattered throughout Antibes are a number of public children's playgrounds. Additional information about rental rates

  • One week (+) booking periods start on Saturday at 3pm and apartment to be vacated on Saturday by 10am. Possible alternatives by prior agreement.
    The apartment is no smoking and no pets are allowed.

    A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental fee is payable on booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before the rental period (8 weeks for rental periods over 2 weeks)
    A fully refundable security deposit of £500 is due on final payment of the rental balance.
    Linen included. Towels available for hire.
    The main renter must be 25 or over.

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. Very near the beach and right in town so plenty to see and do nearby. Suitable for those travelling without a car due to its proximity to the train station. The apartment itself is very well equipped-you'll find all you need. The hot tub is a nice touch! Lots of outdoor space, a balcony and a very large terrace. Would highly recommend this property.
