Large 3 bed air conditioned apartment, situated within a spacious landscaped development. This newly built apartment comprises of 3 bedrooms, (one with its own private terrace) 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite) a generous lounge/dining area with adjoining kitchen through a large archway. This leads out onto the main terrace, with built in BBQ, outside dining furniture for 6, overlooking the private front garden with sun loungers. The private garden, leads to the communal area in which the pool is situated, an area of the pool has a child friendly shallow end. The apartment has been tastefully decorated and fitted out with quality furniture,it has marble floors throughout, granite work surfaces in the kitchen. There is a CD player, Playstation/DVD, & UK TV channels to entertain the children whilst you enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace during a relaxing evening!

This apartment has arguably the best views on the complex (pictures taken of our apartment are featured on many of the other adverts for the 'Pines' complex)! Small shops, restaurants and a few beaches situated nearby. Larger supermarkets and busier beaches with watersports and bars are a short drive/bus trip away. On the drive to Kyrenia harbour, there is stunning mountain and coastal views. On arrival, there is shopping boutiques, traditional restaurants, and boat trips, and Casinos, the drive should take approx 10-15 mins. Remember to turn off the coastal road, as there are some hidden gem traditional restaurants, the locals love children, who are made extremely welcome. A water park has recently opened very nearby, approx 3 mins drive from the apartment. There is a playground in Kyrenia where children play up until very late at night! *History lovers: Kyrenia Castle houses the worlds oldest ship wreck/ roman ruins. *Golfers: there is a fabulous 18 hole golf course nearby.

Why Choose Northern Cyprus?: Euro problems??? Not in N Cyprus, the currency is Turkish Lire !!!! Driving problems? - No -they drive the same side as the UK ! Language/Communication difficulties? No -English widely spoken and the people are extremely friendly, laid back and love children. A very warm welcome awaits you. Weather? - The climate is blessed with probably one of the best climates in Europe. The winters are mild, with over 300 days of sunshine a year the temperature can reach into the 70s as early as March, July and August are the hottest. September and October are popular as the temperature tends to be in the rarely below 80f, but a bit cooler in the evenings.

How do we get there?: Flights to Larnaca in the South: (1.5hr transfer to apartment in Lapta) try, skyscanner.co.uk, or Monarch, Thomas Cook, Thomsons, First Choice, Jet 2 and Easyjet. Flights to Ercan in the North: (30-40 min transfer)Cyprus Turkish Airlines (CTA) and Cyprus Paradise holidays. We can assist with transfers from Ercan in the North, or from the South, and also with car hire and welcome packs.

Other Activities: Scuba Diving and Try Dives/Boat trips/jet Skis/Water Park/Pedalos.

Had a fabulous time in Lapta, everything went like clockwork, from the help and advice when booking, organising a welcome pack,collection at Larnaca airport, the car being ready- left for us at the apartment.
The apartment was first class with absolutley everything immaculate and we wanted for nothing. It was very hot outside, the pergola was fabulous on the terrace for shade and 2 footsteps away we could get all the sun we wanted in the private garden or by the pool!
We went to all of the restaurants that were withing walking distance and the nearby bar, all were all great with the staff being just so friendly, we felt like celebrities.
We went to the Mercure Beach which was about a five minute drive, and eat at the restaurant attached to the beach. The choice of beaches and restaurants were massive.
The waterpark was about a five minute drive again with great staff making sure the kids were safe.
Kyrenia and Bellapais were lovely, our favourite restaurant was Ezich with magnificent views.
My husband and son tried the paragliding off a mountain and survived! I stuck to paddling in the pool and beach with a spot of jetskiing.
We would definately highly recommend this apartment, the owner for their helpfulness and advice and Northern Cyprus! Thank You we shall be back!
