Photos and Description of this Mandelieu-La-Napoule holiday apartment 2 BEDROOMS APT - SLEEPS 6 PERS - MANDELIEU SOUTH OF FRANCE - NEAR THE BEACH

Plenty of natural light in 72 m² renovated with an orientation Southeast. The living room offers a sofa bed 140 brand new, with a dining room space with table and chairs and a TV (regular cable). From the living room you have access to two terraces. Each terrace has a beautiful view on one side sea view and on this other the mountain. Both terraces have a table and chairs (8 pers). The kitchen is equipped with electroceramic cooking table, refrigerator, oven and microwave also access the terrace. There are two bedrooms with double bed (queen), and closet. The apartment has two shower rooms with toilet and a washing machine area. From the 15th of April to 30th of September the swimming pool of the residence is open and located just down the residence. One numbered parking numbered is reserved, but the residence has many visitor's spaces also.

Cannes Marina is located within Mandelieu La Napoule, 7 km from the centre of Cannes, around the La Napoule bay. The bay has sandy beaches with water sport equipment hire facilities. The apartment is within walking distance of numerous local restaurants, shops, a supermarket, golf course, tennis courts. Bus stop routes in front of the Marinas to the centre of Cannes, Nice etc. The local railway station is about 3 km away while the nearest TGV railway station is 7km in Cannes center and a 30 minutes express bus 'cannes to airport and back'. Although a car is recommended it is not essential as public transport is frequent and inexpensive. About Cannes city, it is the focal point for many known festivals throughout the world, the most famous being the Film Festival. It is also famous for its designer shops and sea front.

  • Reservations made 8 weeks or more before the rental period requires a deposit of 30% of the total rental fee TO BLOCK THE RESERVATION, A DEPOSIT OF 400 Euros is required the day of arrival. The payment in full is due 4 weeks prior to the entry date.

    For reservation made less than 4 weeks prior to the entry date the full fee is due at the time of booking.

    RESERVATION FEES AND FINAL BALANCE PAYMENT ARE NONE REFUNDABLE DURING HIGH SEASON OR CANNES FESTIVAL !!!!
  • Reservation fees and final balance payments are none refundable (for high season)

    A 50€ regular fee cleaning fee will be added to rental total (that does not includ, extra cleaning like, dishes, bed cover to dry clean, or the place left very dirty for which an additional 50€ or more will be remove from security deposit)
  • UPON ARRIVAL A 400€ SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED AND RETURN AFTER WALK THROUGH ON DEPZRTURE DATE.
