Superbly Furnished Villa, 4 Bed, 3 Bath, sleeps 8, Central Pernera, nr beach

Villa Mimosa is located at Sunset Villas which is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with a pathway that leads you to the beach and resort so a hire car is not needed unless you want to explore the island.

Villa Mimosa It is centrally positioned in the resort of Pernera with local tavernas, restaurants, bars, live entertainment and gift shops all nearby.

The Villa benefits from its own Private Family Pool surrounded by ample seating and sunloungers.

On the First Floor there is a spacious family balcony with table and chairs ideal for breakfast or that late night glass of wine. The en-suite Master Bedroom has a kingsize bed and there are 2 twin bedrooms (one with a PS2 for the kids).

The Ground Floor double bedroom has an adjacent bathroom with shower (ideal for elderly or disabled).

The Villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do.

Nearest Ferry : limmosol at 80 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway : ayia napa at 8 Kilometres

The closest beach is Pernera bay beach which is approx 200m away from the villa where you can swim in the crystal blue waters of the Mediterranean sea. With its shallow waters, its ideal for small children.There are also 4 more loverly sandy beaches within a 10 min walk,where water sports are available. Enjoy a fabulous stroll along the newly built promenade which links to the larger resort of Protaras, morning boat trips are on offer for a reasonable price.The main strip in Protaras with all its night life, entertainment and excellent restaurants, bars and shops is only a 15 minwalk away. Aiga Nappa with its famous Nissi beach and water park, and the small traditional town of Paralimni is only a 10 min drive away. Cyprus has the perfect climate,the summers, with long hot days and warm nights,and the winters are mild. A local convenience store is over the road, but if you require a supermarket it is on the bus route. A regular bus service runs from Paralimni to Aiga Na

The villa was great very spacious and everything you need,when you arrive the couple who look after the villa are there to meet you and they are very helpfull they also arranged for a mini bus to pick us up from the airport and the return journey which was cheaper than taxis.
The location is great 2 mins from all the supermarkets and the restaurants . The beach is just 10 mins away and on the road down to the beach there are 2 supermarkets go into the second one as we found it to be cheaper .
Would I recommend this villa you bet great holiday and will certainly go back all the family loved

What a great time we had,lovely villa in a great spot.we spent a lot of our time in the villa and around the pool/BBQ. our 3 year old daughter loved the swimming pool and the safe beaches on our door step.We found it great for family and group hoildays with all the things you could want on your door step.We are rebooking for 2011 hoilday.Thanks Mike

Fantastic Villa

We stayed from 14 to 28 June 2010, what a fantastic holiday. we have been to protaras many times before so were a little apprehensive about staying in a villa but we really shouldnt havent been. The villa was fantastic, extremely well kept and spotless. Dan who looks after the villa out there does a fab job and nothing is any trouble!

The villa is about a 5 minute walk throught the streets to Pernera beach and about 30 min walk to Protaras; which we did every day and was a lovely walk around the coast line.

I cannot really comment on the resort of Pernera as we only went there to be picked up for the jeep trip and to get a bus to Ayai Napa; there didnt look to be much there but that made no difference as its so close to Protaras so you couldnt ask for any more.

We would go back to the villa in a flash

Villa Jasmine and Villa Mimosa

13 of us (+3 babies) stayed in these 2 villas in April 2010. The villas were very clean and well appointed. Although not side by side it takes less than a minute to walk between them so they are great for a large group.
Pernera is quiet (we were there out of season) but there were still several bars and restaurants within walking distance. You can walk to Protaras along the coast on the new board walk which takes 15-20mins.
Konnos beach near Cape Greko is lovely - though small. The waterpark in Ayia Napa opens at the beginning of April and is a fun day out.
Overall the villas were great value, we had a fantastic week.
