Villa Mimosa is located at Sunset Villas which is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with a pathway that leads you to the beach and resort so a hire car is not needed unless you want to explore the island. Villa Mimosa It is centrally positioned in the resort of Pernera with local tavernas, restaurants, bars, live entertainment and gift shops all nearby. The Villa benefits from its own Private Family Pool surrounded by ample seating and sunloungers. On the First Floor there is a spacious family balcony with table and chairs ideal for breakfast or that late night glass of wine. The en-suite Master Bedroom has a kingsize bed and there are 2 twin bedrooms (one with a PS2 for the kids). The Ground Floor double bedroom has an adjacent bathroom with shower (ideal for elderly or disabled). The Villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do.

The closest beach is Pernera bay beach which is approx 200m away from the villa where you can swim in the crystal blue waters of the Mediterranean sea. With its shallow waters, its ideal for small children.There are also 4 more loverly sandy beaches within a 10 min walk,where water sports are available. Enjoy a fabulous stroll along the newly built promenade which links to the larger resort of Protaras, morning boat trips are on offer for a reasonable price.The main strip in Protaras with all its night life, entertainment and excellent restaurants, bars and shops is only a 15 minwalk away. Aiga Nappa with its famous Nissi beach and water park, and the small traditional town of Paralimni is only a 10 min drive away. Cyprus has the perfect climate,the summers, with long hot days and warm nights,and the winters are mild. A local convenience store is over the road, but if you require a supermarket it is on the bus route. A regular bus service runs from Paralimni to Aiga Na

I am just writing to say that we had a great holiday. The Villa and Pool are lovely and the Villa is ideally situated for the beach and restaurants.
