Situated in a gated community, Manoir de l abadie was the former home of an international best-selling author & is a sought-after retreat for film & TV professionals during the Cannes Festivals. This beautiful apartment in a late 19th-century Florentine villa, with its wonderful façades, is in superb condition and excellent decorative order. Good mooring facilities are available in the Old Port and Port Pierre Canto, both in Cannes. There are also three excellent golf courses within easy reach. Manoir de l abadie is 20 minutes away (25 km) from Nice Cote d'Azur Airport. Taxi fare approximately 75 EUR (including tip) and 5 minutes away (3 km) from the private jet facilities at Cannes-Mandelieu. The ground floor (approx. 110 sq.meters) features a spectacular paint.
