The apartment complex Kerber has a very beautiful location and is quietly located directly on the sunny Geigenbühel. From here you can enjoy a unique view above Seefeld and of the surrounding mountain panorama. We are only a 10 minute walk from the center of the city, the free village bus can pick you up directly in front of the house. Our guests have free entrance into the Olympia indoor pool in Seefeld. Relax in a wellness oasis. Relax in our beautiful roman style sauna with a Finnish sauna, steam cave, bio-sauna, whirlpool, solarium and a spacious relaxation room with infused music – a real wellness oasis – lead by apartment houses in Seefeld. Our house is also a founding member of the Seefeld golf club Wildmoos (-30% green fee) and the Seefeld golf academy (-50% green fee)!

  • Daily prices are for 2 people. Each extra person costs 7 €, small children up to 3 for 5 € extra (winter: extra person 15 €, small children 7 €)! We charge 9 €/day for dogs. Each extra dog increases the final cleaning by 8 €, garage parking space 7 €.
  • Extra costs: final cleaning type I: 39 euro and visitor’s tax: 1.20 €/adult/day. Children up to 15 do not pay visitor’s tax. Bed sheets and towels are present and included in the price. Sauna after 17:00 free from Sunday to Friday.
  • Payment modalities: cash payment in euro or EC-card. Should you pay with a Visa or Mastercard, we charge a fee of 2% of the total price. Free usage of the Olympia indoor pool. The Austrian hotel terms of contract apply. Jurisdiction is Innsbruck.
