Situated in a quiet location in the southern part of La Torre Golf Resort is this fabulously located townhouse which offers light and spacious accommodation, furnished to a high standard. The property has ground and first floor terraces with two bedrooms, both twin bedded and the master bedroom has a dressing area and a large bathroom with shower, WC, contemporary wash hand basin and bidet. The bedroom has patio doors leading out onto the large sun terrace, which can also be accessed from the landing. Both bedrooms have ample built-in wardrobes. The living/dining room offers light and spacious accommodation complete with TV, DVD, hi-fi, CD, MP3 player. The room comfortably seats 4 people. The fitted kitchen includes oven, ceramic hob and extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The townhouse is comprehensively equipped with items such as kettle, iron, ironing board, dryer etc. Towels and bed linen are provided. Outside there are sun loungers.

Golf Clubs: The House has a full set of WIlson Deep Red Irons, Driver,2 ball putter.These can be hired on a daily basis at 20 Euro's a day.

Golf: There are many local courses in this region, however the house is on its own championship golf course designed by Jack Nicklause.
