Near-by Lake St Cassien is a very famous for its fishing of carp, trench, crayfish, pike, trout, catfish ... but it is also possible to hire a canoe, pedalo, rowing boat or just go swimming. There are many restaurants situated all around the lake for lunch, dinner or just a snack. Golf, fitness, tennis and are offered at the near by luxury Four Seasons Resort, “Terre Blanche” Callian commune has its own tennis club, courses are available by calling to reserve. For lovers of hiking, there are several clubs in the town and in the summer, nature walks with offered commentary. There are many possibilities for walks, the town is heavily wooded. The tourist office also offers a guidebook of marked hiking and trail map. At the heart of the village, the game of boules is accessible to all.
