Often used for photo shoots Sea House is secluded, yet centrally located in Bognor Regis. Ideally positioned for family holidays by the sea. Hidden away on a private lane away from all the bustle of the town centre, yet it is right by the beach and only minutes away from all the shops, restaurants and train station. Direct links to London, Brighton & Portsmouth. This luxury, stylish house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A great feature is the lovely first floor lounge with balcony affording stunning views over the sea. The property was built in the 1840's and has been lovingly restored, retaining the original features. It is fully equipped so you can relax and enjoy your holiday and its size means you can bring family and friends along to enjoy the view. There is a downstairs wet room and a day bed in the ground floor dining room which means family members with mobility issues can still enjoy the house. Sea House is perfect for you and your family's next seaside holiday.

Location: Arun in West Sussex

Nearest Airport : Gatwick at 77 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry : Portsmouth at 40 Kilometres
Nearest Train : Bognor Regis at 1 Kilometres
Nearest Beach : beach at 10 Metres
Car: not necessary

Bognor Regis is a traditional seaside resort. It has a lovely clean shingle/sandy beach and there's plenty to do in the town, from shopping to crazy golf. And it is believed to be the sunniest place in England! Bognor is great for exploring the local area. Nearby there is the historic Roman town of Chichester with its great shopping and Cathedral. It's a very cultural city with the Festival and Minerva Theatres and the Pallant House Art Gallery. Also, nearby is the Goodwood Estate, where you can go to the races in your best hat, or dress up for the Revival or Festival of Speed.

Further along the coast there is Brighton, often called, 'London by the Sea'.

But head inland over the glorious Downs and discover chocolate box villages and welcoming country pubs. Great in winter to snuggle round the fire drinking local wine.

Or if you fancy a trip further afield, why not catch the ferry from Portsmouth and have a day out in France. There is just so much to do!

    A 3 night break at this fab house (October to March) is only £800!!

    To book there is a 30% deposit, the balance is then due 8 weeks before your stay. An additional refundable £200 cleaning/security deposit is also required on booking.

    The house is great for families and friends but sorry, no stag & hen parties or groups under 25.
  • Check In is at 4pm and Check Out is 10.00am.
    On change-over days It takes time to clean the property thoroughly between guests, making the property sparkling clean ready for your arrival. If an early/late check in or departure is required then we will do all we can to facilitate you. However, this may not always be possible. If and early/late check in or departure is vital, then we recommend guests book the extra night.

    Please note: we do not charge for any extras. All rates are fully inclusive of linens & heating etc, nor do we charge booking fees or for booking with credit cards!

Thank you. We had a fantastic time. My dad loved it. The house was perfect for us. The Christmas trees made it extra special and was a very thoughtful touch. It's a beautiful house with stunning views and a very relaxing atmosphere.
