There are ample sitting arrangements in the courtyard, on the terraces and by the pool. Pergolas, trees and large umbrella parasols provide shade and tranquillity.
The property is set in 14 acres of beautiful park land leading down to the river Auzoute. There is a private chapel in the beautiful enclosed courtyard and a flower garden boasting 300 year old cedar trees. The private swimming pool (size 12x6m) with a paved border and roman steps is reached from the double stairs off the main terrace as well as from the front. The pool is set in a panoramic setting with stunning views over the valley, and on a clear day the Pyrenees can be seen in the distance. Security at this secluded pool with panoramic views is provided by two automatic alarms.
