Casa de las Aguilas is a spacious luxury villa situated in an elevated position overlooking the Mediterranean. It's a unique property which would be a perfect base for 2 families who like to holiday together but enjoy their own space. An internal staircase connects the 2 levels with a lockable door at the bottom for total privacy. On the upper floor there is a large open plan lounge with wonderful ocean views through glass balconies and seating for 10 people. You can eat indoors or out with both tables seating 8 in comfort. The kitchen is equipped to a high specification. There are 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin both with ensuite shower rooms. The lower level also has 2 bedrooms, a king with ensuite shower and a twin/2nd king, which is adjacent to the family bathroom with bath and shower screen. There is a 2nd lounge/ games room with kitchenette from where doors open onto a covered Naya with dining for 8 .From here steps lead down to the 12 x 6 m infinity pool, sun terrace & gardens.

Casa de las Aguilas is located in the quiet residential area of Costa Nova Marina and yet is just 5 minutes drive from the sandy Arenal beach and the pebbled cove of Granadella. The dramatic cliffs add to the spectacular ocean views from the villa, and the surrounding countryside is ideal for walking. If your ideal holiday is just total relaxation you don't need to leave the villa apart from a trip to the local supermarket for your supplies. There is also a mini market within walking distance run by an English family where you can buy freshly baked French bread daily. Also within walking distance are 2 restaurants, a pizzeria and the renowned 'La lechelotte' . Should you want to venture further afield Javea Old town is about 10 minutes drive away as is the Port with it's Marina where you can organise boat trips and then relax in the evenings in one of the many restaurants. Denia is worth a visit too with it's castle and miles of sandy beach. Benidorm for a night out is 40 mins away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The house can be rented as top and bottom separately at all times except peak. Please contact us for full pricing details. There are special rates for Christmas and Easter.
    There is a discount of 10% for second and subsequent full weeks booked at all times.
    Changeover day is preferably Saturday, but this is negotiable.
    A 25% deposit is required on booking, which is non refundable.
    The balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday.
    There is also a £500 breakages deposit which will be refunded in full provided there has been no damage to house or contents. This should be paid with your balance and will be refunded once the villa has been checked.
    If you require maid service this can be arranged at an additional cost.
    Heating costs are included for winter rentals, however there will be a small charge for heating the pool if you require to use it.
    Logs for the fire can be purchased locally.

What a fabulous villa. It's even better than the photographs. We enjoyed one of our best ever family holidays here.
The kids, who are fussy!, loved the infinity pool and the amazing lounge with the huge TV. We loved the incredible views, the quiet location and the easy drive to Arenal beach and its wealth of restaurants.
Our highlights? The villa itself, sunset at Arenal and the 'secret' beach at nearby Granadella perfect for snorkeling and paella.
We can't wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay in Villa Las Aguilas very much. It feels like coming home. The house is nicely decorated, the sofa's are great, the kitchen is well equiped and the beds and pillows are of good quality. The TV-screen is impressive, though the beautiful weather did not encourage us to stay inside. We enjoyed the large and wonderful swimmingpool and the views to the see one has out of the pool.
Nice breakfast and dinner area.

We loved the quiet and very sunny location of the house.
The villa is high on our list for a next visit.

Refurbished? We thought it was brand spanking new. Pristine, excellently equipped and loads of space in which to get together, eat together or find a quiet corner, in sun or shade. The sea view really is spectacular, both during the day and in moonlight.The photos on the website can't really do it justice.
Due to its location, it's comfortable and fresh even when the beach and town are baking.
Except for stocking up at one of the big supermarkets in Javea, an evening at one of the many of the Javea beach bars and hiring kayaks at a beach five minutes away, we hardly left the place. Casa de las Aguilas delivered what it promised.

Good customer service from the UK owners. English speaking support locally (that we did not need).
