Charming stone house with open fire in beautiful rural setting on the edge of the village. Offering commanding panoramic views over the see valley. It offers peace and tranquility without isolation. Ideal for walking, golf, fishing, riding. Close to the town of Vire which has large supermarkets and good shopping. Approx 30 minutes to Avranches and the coast. Le Mont St Michel and Bayeux are approx 50minutes. Comfortably furnished whilst maintaining its character. A small Rayburn allows traditional cooking whilst microwave and BBQ brings it up to date. TV, DVD player and stereo. No Pets and No smoking.

Overlooking the beautiful See Valley, the house is ideally situated for trips to Bayeaux for its Tapestry, nearby Mont St. Michel and Coutances with their Cathedrals.Two minutes drive and you have your bakery,small grocers and bar. More extensive shopping is found in Vire approx 15 mins away with its large supermarkets.Weekly markets in neighbouring villages and Vide Greniers are always good fun for memorabilia and local produce. Close by 10 mins is a superb 18 hole golf-course with a boating lake. Tennis, riding and fishing are all offered close by.
