Our house is a two bedroom town house with open plan living dinning area,American style kitchen with everything you need. Utility room with washer and fridge freezer and clothes airer, ground floor WC. Upstairs are two good size bedrooms, the main bedroom look over the coast line all the way to benidorm. Bathroom with shower and full size bath WC and bidet. Each bedroom has its own private balcony complete with table and chairs. Terrace and patio has a brick built BBQ, large table and six lounger chairs. A sun awning to keep you cool and out of the sun on those hot days. Close to el Campello, the views over the coast and across the mountains are stunning. The communal pool with lovely gardens is a great way to just relax or 5 min away is the beautiful beach of Campello, The local bar is a must, the menu is English and Spanish type food. From Paella to Burgers a great place to sample the local sangria. Although there is a tram and bus service, A car is recommended.

Our house is 1 km from a small wonderful beach with a snack bar at the side, the main beach is Campello 5 mins by car, full of wonderful restaurants and bars, a fantastic marina, this is a typically Spanish town. Further afield the mountain towns of Altea and Guadalest 20 mins drive. main city alicante is 20 min drive or tram ride 1euro from campello. Benidorm with all the usual attraction 15 min drive. wonderful mountain views and walks into the country side within easy reach. 30 min drive from alicante airport approx 14km, a local bus service runs every 30 mins to the main town and the tram stop 4 mins away, trams through to Alicante and Benidorm- Denia.

Notes: All the essentials are provided in our house from a cork screw to the hair drier. Cool box beach chairs and some toys for the beach. Our house is furnished to a high standard with everything you will require to make your stay comfortable. The house is situated on an urbanization with a small supermarket and a local bar all within 2mins walk. there is also two communal swimming pools with life guard in summer months. the main pool has a children pool and the whole area around the pool is grassed and very well maintained.
