We have 3 x STUNNING APARTMENTs all in THE best location Building 10 next to the Clubhouse & pool 2 x 3rd Floor & 1 x 4th Floor Penthouse - professionally decorated with luxurious & elegant furnishings. The living room boasts a 50' PLASMA TV with PS2 & DVD player along with a large leather sofa & a love seat . The master bedroom is tastefully decorated with a king bed & upgraded pillow top mattress, 32' PLASMA TV and a DVD player. The 2nd bedroom has the same deluxe accommodations (king) as the master with a 27' PLASMA TV. The 3rd bedroom has been furnished with two full beds (no small twins). If you are the last person arriving in your party, no need to worry about getting stuck sleeping in a twin. This room also has a 27' PLASMA TV. Dining for 7 in the kitchen. The living room is a large open floor plan, boasts a large screen 50' PLASMA with Play Station 2 & DVD along with leather sofas' & a love seat . The master suit is tastefully decorated with a Kingsize bed & upgraded pillow top mattress, PLASMA TV & DVD player. Huge master bathroom, separate shower & bath , plenty of towels and Egyptian cotton-satin sheets. The second bedroom has the same deluxe accommodations (king) as the master with a PLASMA TV.     Check-in is 4:00 pm ~ Check-out is 11:00 am (we are happy to accommodate an earlier or later check in time if available and understand you don't want to be hanging around after a long journey waiting to check in especially when you have little ones)
  • OUR BOOKING PROCESS:
    Please email first to check that your desired dates are available. After checking availability, providing you with a total cost and receiving your confirmation that you wish to book the stated dates, you will be sent a booking form which should be completed and returned by mail or email together with your 10% deposit. If your booking is less than 6 weeks before your arrival then full payment must be sent with the booking form. Any balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival in the US. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the signed booking form and after your deposit has cleared the bank. The signing of the booking form confirms acceptance of the T&Cs by all persons occupying the property.
    We accept payment by cheque, direct deposit or PayPal. All quotations are provided in £, $ and Euro. Please advise if you require your quotation in an alternative currency to the above
  • The property is available to rent 52 weeks of the year, we accept short term stays (minimum 3 days), holiday lets, corporate and long term residential lets. We have a management company on site who are on hand 24hrs a day to look after you throughout your stay.
    The condo is key coded so no need to worry about having to collect keys on arrival or worst of all risk losing them on your holiday and not being able to get back in ! 1 week before you depart I will email you a code - this code is specific to your booking which will only work between the dates you have booked, it is exclusive to you and activates on arrival.
