From the entrance you will find at your right, a spacious luxury furnished lounge and a library facing a rock garden. Wide doors windows allow us to a porch were there is billiard and wonderful views over the swimming pool and mountains of Pollensa bay. There is a jacuzzi for 8 persons, placed into the swimming pool, all surrounded by a very spacious and well designed garden, To the left of the entrance, you will find a dining room with a sculpture table of one of the best artist in the island, a very functional modern and well equiped kitchen, and a pergola with BBQ were you can have a dinner alfresco hearing only the fall down of the water of a gracious fountain. In these level there is also a double room with a bath in suite. Upstairs we find to twin rooms sharing a bath and a splendorous main room with an integrate luxury bath with separate shower and jacuzzi. From the several windows of these rooms you can have interrupted views over the pool, garden and the natural park.

At the same distance of the villa you'll find the cosmopolitan turistic resort of Alcudia. Pto Pollença remains as a favourite destination for families and couples who that visit us year after year. Originally a fishing village, Puerto Pollença retains the time old tradition of the evening paseo or stroll, and the plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes, with the background of the nautic harbour views, it seems part of this tradition. Little further to the north you will find the most picturesque beaches and romantic calas of the Mediterranean, Formentor, Sant Vicens.....

  • Price includes, beach towels, bath towels (2 changes) and final clean.

    The 25% (more or less) of the rental amount is required to confirm de booking, the remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival.
    Booking payments can be maid either by bank transfers to our spanish account or by credit card, with a 2% supplement.
    Payment on arrival can be maid by cash, or travel cash.
    As an inventory and breakage deposit, a credit card number is required for the maxim amount of 300€, only chargeable in case of any damage caused to the property.

    Cancellation charges:
    If a cancellation is made with more than 50 days prior to arrival, we will refund half of the deposit paid.
    Cancellations made inside of 50 days prior to the arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE.

    The minimum rental period is one week.
    The property is booked from 14.00 PM on the day of arrival through to 10.00 AM on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for next ar

S'ALBUFERETA NATURAL RESERVE: Its areas on the coast and those devoted to farming and cattle breeding are of great interest thanks to their bio-diversity and excellent conservation. S'Albufereta is the perfect spot for bird watching all year round. 196 of the 325 known species in the Balearic Islands can be seen there. With waterfowl closely related to those in S'Albufera de Mallorca, it is the nesting grounds for rare species such as the purple gallinule (Porphyrio porphyrio), marsh harrier (Circus aeruginosus), stilt sandpiper (Himantopus himantopus), yellow wagtail (Motacilla flava) and moustached warbler (Acrocephalus melanopogon), as well as other, more common species such as the little grebe (Tachybaptus ruficollis), coot (Fulica atra) and moorhen (Gallinula chloropus). S'Albufereta is an important stopping off point and feeding grounds for migratory fowl during spring and autumn and also the habitat of birds from northern European in winter.
