Totally renovated, modern 3 bedroom apartment to sleep 6/7 people. It is on 3rd and top floor so is quiet and private. Large terrace spaces from lounge and all bedrooms. 2 double beds, one double sofa bed plus a portable single bed. Building is in quiet area, very little traffic and terraces have good views over Antibes to the sea and mountains. Private off-street parking. Ideally located - 10 mins walk to central Juan Les Pins and the beaches or to old town Antibes. Quick car access to A8 motorway also. Apartment is fully equipped with all bedding, towels etc, modern entertainment system plus basic SKY UK TV. Please note that the building has no lift.

For beach lovers, the best sandy beaches are on the doorstep while for the more active, the mountains of the Southern Alps are less than an hour away. For glamor, Cannes is two miles to the west, while Nice and Monte Carlo are a short train or car trip away to the east. History abounds with many 'old towns' to visit nearby such as Antibes itself, Mougins, Gourdon and Eze. For the food connoisseur, we have hundreds of eating out venues with locally caught seafood a specialty. Even in the high season, the convenience of the train line running along the coast makes sightseeing easy and of course the weather here is almost always hot and balmy!

All three bedrooms have double doors on to a rear terrace with 2 sun loungers and bistro style table and chairs.
