Located on the old town wall with the sea as your neighbour. Ground floor with 4 beds and bathroom, first floor with two bedrooms with balcony facing the sea, bathroom and separate toilet. Second floor with fully equipped kitchen and living room. This floor also with a terrace with an amazing panorama sea view. In the north you will see the Alpes as the Nice background, in the east there's just the horizon, and turning south you will enjoy the Cap d'Antibes as the calm passage to the party in Juan-Les-Pins, 25 minutes walk away. The house is fully renovated to highest standard during 2009. Air conditioned. Shopping, markets, beach, marina within some minutes walk. You can enjoy your children swimming in the sea while preparing your barbecue dinner at the terrace. Nice airport is 25 minutes away. In wintertime you will find nice Alp skiing within 2 hours drive from the house. There is also a little garden for afternoon relaxing, where you also welcome your guests!

The house is located a 100 metres from the Picasso museum and the old town cathedral. You will reach the market Provencal within less than two minutes walk, as close as the nearest beach. Antibes is located on the French riviera between Nice and Cannes. Both cities within 30 minutes drive. Within the same distance you reach the art in St Paul de Vence, the perfumes in Grasse, and the 3 star restaurants in Mougins. Racing and casino in Monte Carlo is just as close, and in winter time you have top class alp skiing within 2 hours drive. If you prefer to stay in a calm environment and to combine that party life in Cannes or Juan-Les-Pins, you can take the frequent local train to Cannes or have a 25 min walk to Juan-Les-Pins.

But you can also offer beds to up to 4 persons, using a sofabed and a flexible arrangement with 1-2 beds integrated in the wall. This room has also a fully equipped bath room and a proper space for laundry. There is also direct access to the little garden, connected to the house entrance. The two bedrooms on the first floor are connected to a balcony from where you can enjoy the sun rise over Cap Ferrat if you wake up early enough! The regular bedroom capacity is 8 beds. In bedroom 2 and 3 there are possibilities to put in an extra beds, which increases the total capacity to 10.
