2 Floors house with spacious living room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms + sofa bed in living room, more than 300 m2 of private garden with swimming pool, 3 bathrooms. Barbecue and table tennis included. Nearest bus stop at 15 minutes walking and underground station at 5 minutes driving. Very close to Seville (5 km) but a a car is advisable. 4 km away from Zaudin Golf Club.

Going East, Cordoba, Granada and Jaén offer beautiful towns and picturesque villages. Further East Almería offers its natural park and Malaga a cosmopolitan atmosphere.

Ski: Sierra Nevada is about 2 hours and 30 min driving. Season lasts from early December to the end of April.

Golf: 4 km away from the house, there is 18 holes golf facility (El Zaudín in Mairena del ALjarafe)
