Ilford Golf Club is just a short hop from the City yet a world apart. Ilford Golf Club have managed to combine more than a century of tradition with modern comfortable surroundings. Built in 1907, Ilford Golf Club has enjoyed a magnificent history in East London.
Just a short journey from central London and bordering Essex, Ilford Golf Club is famous for its friendly atmosphere and wide ranging social activities. There are many social events held every month in the clubhouse and both members and visitors can enjoy the excellent club restaurant and bar facilities.
Members can play in golf club and in-house golf society competitions every week on our USGA standard 18 hole golf course. Ilford Golf Club are affiliated with the Essex Golf Union and the English Golf Union and compete annually in the Essex Golf Union team competitions, The Thornton Cup, The Leslie Woods Trophy and the Norman Plum Trophy. Ilford Golf Club members also have access to the snooker room with two full size snooker tables at their disposal.
