Fantastic summer holiday rental 2 bed apartment. Perfect for a romantic break or complete family holiday. Situated in a quiet condominium of 30 units with 2 pools, (1 kids) & full size tennis court. Situated on the 1st floor of a 2 storey block of 8 apartments, nearest the pool with 3 balconies. Open-plan lounge/dining room has a flat screen LCD TV, leather corner sofa & dining suite. Master bedroom has 2 large single beds, en-suite bathroom consists of jacuzzi bath with overhead shower, toilet, sink & bidet. 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. Situated adjacent is a shower room with sink & toilet. Kitchen is separate from the living area with all mod cons including microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, gas cooker, hob & dishwasher. The apartment is air-conditioned except for the kitchen and bathrooms. Electronic blinds are fitted to all windows. Sun beds & padded cushions are provided for your personal use at the pool. a set of Golf clubs & tennis rackets are available for use.

This 2 bed apartment is situated in a prime location of Albufeira Town. Perfect for those looking for a pool or beach holiday just 20 minutes walk from the Fishermans Beach. Albufeira has many idyllic beaches a short drive away. A 10 minute drive takes you to the Salgados Golf Course. Set in a quite location, the apartment offers a peaceful retreat but is within easy reach of Albufeira Town, for a choice of great restaurants and nightlife. Circuit buses run around Albufeira every half hour if you prefer not to drive, or take the train where you can hop on and off along your journey. A wide selection of shops is just a short walk away including an authentic Portuguese restaurant, pastelaria and supermarket. The old town of Albufeira is a 15 minute walk where you will find street entertainment, bars and restaurants to suit everyone. The area has recently been renovated and now has a fantastic cosmopolitan feel. 3 water parks and Zoo Marine Animal Park are within a 15 to 30 minute drive.

  • All prices are per week, however are negotiable for shorter or longer stays.prices are for a maximum of 4 adults.
  • We take a £200 security deposit with the booking which is payable on top of the rental and refundable after you return from your holiday. This system is quite normal with holiday let owners.
  • We would like to ask guests to adhere to our strict policy on no-smoking. As a way of avoiding abuse of the air-conditioning system, the meter is read prior to and after your holiday. If abuse is obvious, this will be deducted from the security deposit. The air-conditioning should not be left on whilst the apartment is vacant during your stay, for example whilst at the beach or pool for the day. We have no wish to see our guests put in a position where they feel uncomfortable about using the system. All we ask is that you use it wisely. Thanks.

We have a nice friendly guy who will meet you at the apartment to show you the ropes, for example the electric shutters and air con. He will also do small taxi trips to local amenities and will give you help or advice on the area.

This area is famous for its sandy beach that stretches for mile and miles. It is well suited for those who require peace and quiet, but also for those who do not want to be far from the action, Albufeira Old Town is a ten minute walk away, so is ideal for those traveling with teenagers in tow or for night life! And with local shops, restaurants and beach within walking distance a car is not essential if you prefer not to have to drive while on holiday, although we always suggest to get the most from your Algarve holiday, hiring a car is wise. Around the apartment you will find various restaurants and a supermarket is within a 5 minute walk. Although you have a very large pool, the beautiful beaches of Albufeira are 15 minutes walk away, and these have to be amongst the best in the Algarve. The apartment is well fitted out and has a lounge/dining area, although most of the year sitting outside on the balcony and eating alfresco is normal.

We stayed recently in this apartment with our 1yr old son and had a really enjoyable stay. The apartment has all the mod cons you would expect from a relatively new build including an excellent air conditioning unit and flat screen TV with satellite stations. The complex feels really safe and secure and this is peace of mind with a toddler. The pool area is clean and spacious and just outside the front door. There is a supermarket just a five minute walk away which is great for keeping the fridge topped with all the necessities. All in all I would easily recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice quiet relaxing break away in the sun.

This was very tastefully decorated, modern clean, new apartment. It had all the mod cons including flat screen tv, dishwasher etc.

A lovely shared pool only a few steps away, and tennis courts (although too hot to play!). The beach is about 25 min walk, or 5 mins by car and foot.

Lovely area, with nice hilly views, plenty bars and restaurants in the town section. would def go again.

Relax in comfort

We could not recommend the apartment more highly. It was just as described, and just as comfortable. Equipped and furnished to a high standard it was everything we needed for a quiet break in the sun. The complex was never crowded, always space in the pool and the loungers always available to soak up the sun. A few minutes walk to the restaurant and supermarket and a small shop on site it could not have been more convenient. "A Cocheira" is great value and the food superb if you don't fancy cooking.

All the arrangements went like clockwork from being met at the airport to being shown round the apartment and the local features explained.

Albufeira Old town is a 20 minute walk ( or 4 Euro taxi ride) away so you get the best of both worlds.

It was our first visit to the Algarve and we will be back.

An excellent apartment, exactly what was described by the owner. Very clean and well looked after with modern appliances. Great location for those who don't want to be in the centre of things but are prepared to walk 10-15 minutes to the old town of Albufeira. Our party consisted of two mums and two teenage boys, and each of us would recommend the holiday. We were met at the airport, taken to the apartment where we were welcomed by Paul and Nicky who showed us around. The pool area was well maintained and the boys enjoyed playing tennis, swimming and retiring the air conditioned apartment when the heat was at it's strongest. Everything went smoothly and we all thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Village Farm. We will definitely return next year. The apartment and loctation were first class!!
