Aguamarina is a first line apartment located in the promenade of the sandy beach of Gandia. The building is equipped with pool, garden, basket, tennis, garage and children playground. The apartment has fantastic views, which can be enjoyed from the big sunny terrace, the best place of the house for sunbathing, eating or just relaxing. Beautiful furnished, there is air conditioned and central heating in all the house. Decorated with parquet, there are 3 bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are 2 twins and 1 double with direct access to the big terrace. The kitchen is full equipped with frying pans, saucepans, frying, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, mixer, microwave and cleaning clothes. The lounge is modern furnished, with a chaise-lounge sofa, Flat TV, DVD, and a glass table with 6 comfortable chairs. Aguamarina is perfectly located with access to many of the facilities that the beach offers.

Gandia is a beautiful sandy beach, 3 km long, 60 km away from the city of Valencia. Gandia is located in the Mediterranean sea, and the climate of this area make possible to use the beach from may, till October. Gandia is separated between Gandia city, and Gandia beach. Gandia city is 7 km away from the beach, but city and beach are connected by bus, which goes every 15 minutes. Gandia beach has a beautiful promenade along all the beach. Many restaurants and shops are facing this promenade. The yatch club is the place where all the boats and yatchs are parked, and it´s the beginning of the beach. There is also a harbour, where all the fisher boats are parked. A walk through the harbour will be very interesting. Many fishers are fishing during the weekends. Gandia beach is provided with supermarkets, cinema, casino, restaurants, many of them of fish and typical Mediterranean cuisine. Valencia is just 1 hour away with the train which leaves twice an hour every day. Enjoy it!
