Located in a village just outside Palma, this lovely villa is set in idyllic, tranquil and lush gardens. The upper floor is beautifully renovated with its own private and secluded roof terrace, all with stunning sea views. It is ideally situated, with something for everyone within easy access. There are numerous beaches close by, old-town Palma with its fabulous shopping, culture and vibrant night life is just a 5 minute drive (or bus ride!) away, there are 2-3 excellent golf courses within a 5-10 km radius, and the rest of the island with all it has to offer is easily accessible. The village is famous for its restaurants with more than 15 to choose from, all within pleasant strolling distance.

Nearest Beach: beach at 4.0 Kilometres
Car: not necessary
The villa is situated in a village about 6 kms from Palma. It is well located close to sea, beaches, water sports, golf, night life, shopping and the cultural highlights of Palma. Although a car is recommended to get the best out of the whole island, it is not absolutely necessary if you don't want to go too far afield. The village is on a good bus route between Palma and the coast, and taxis are easily obtained. The village is famous for its restaurants, so good food is on the doorstep, as are a couple of cafes, a bakery, a few small food shops, and a hardware store. Chic Puerto Portals Marina and Shopping is a few kilometers away, as are Marineland and 2 water parks.

Notes: The apartment forms the top floor of a large village house, and has its own private roof terrace (with the best views of the sea and village roof-tops!). The pool and garden are private but shared with the occupants of the lower floor. However, there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their privacy and peace!

Wer ein idyllisches Quartier sucht ist hier genau richtig!
Wunderschön gelegen in einem schönen Hanggarten mit Blick auf dei Bucht von Palma. Die Ausstattung entsprach dem beschriebenen bzw. war noch besser. Sehr sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet.Durch die weitläufigkeit der Anlage kann man auch mal einen Tag nur auf der Finca verbringen. Die Vorbereitung durch den Vermieter lief hervoragend (per E-mail und Telephon)- alle Informationen waren sehr nützlich und hilfreich. Tim und Fiona versorgen einen mit nützlichen Tipps bezüglich Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten in der nähe oder in Palma. Englische Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil - da Fiona und Tim englischsprachig sind. Ein Mietwagen ist hilfreich, eine Bushaltestelle ist aber fussläufig richtung Palma (max. 3min) erreichbar. Als Restaurant können wir empfehlen - Es Mussol / Cafe - Restaurant - nur wenige Schritte von der Finca entfernt. Weiterempfehlen? - auf jeden Fall. Ein wahrlich traumhaftes Urlaubsdomizil. Wir werden auf jeden Fall dieses Domizil wieder besuchen.
