Boat Lagoon - Kos Hamui's paradise

Villa Bahari, like all the other properties of the Boat Lagoon resort, is the ideal getaway in Thailand's exclusive Koh Samui island. Villa Bahari is most conveniently located on a postcard-like tropical beach (white sands, coconut trees, blue water), at times gently animated by a nearby mooring of local fishermen's boats. The property is carefully looked after by discreet, efficient and shiningly smiling personnel. A superb restaurant featuring the former chairman of Thai chefs is in a hotel just round the corner, while some culturally intriguing Buddhist temples and the Riviera-style Fishermen's Village are at a walk distance. Organised in two separate wings, the villa can easily host up to six people or it may be a cosy and delightful venue for a couple, like in our case!
Villa Bahari is an almost irreally peaceful getaway from frantic Western (or Asian) urban life. As the Villa is exactly on the beach, you can get up and go to bed in front of a superb waterfront view bustling with traffic ... of crabs getting visible during low tide! Losing touch with the outside world is just too easy while in Villa Bahari's little paradise corner, yet wi fi internet connetion is provided all over the property, so that contact can be made whenever necessary. Koh Samui international airport, securing flights to and from Bangkok on an hourly basis as well as direct connections to the main Asian financial centres, is just 10 minutes away by car. The only disadvantage is: the owners will probably decline to sell you Villa Bahari if you decide to settle down there for good (a thought you are bound to nurture on your third day at Boat Lagoon!).
