Our beautiful brand new detached villa is nestled alongside olive trees in a quiet traditional family village benefiting from a private swimming pool, walled gardens and off-road parking. All rooms have Hot/Cold air conditioning and are tastefully furnished. House includes:- Ground Floor - Large lounge with double sofa bed, 3 seat settee, coffee table, TV and DVD. Fully equiped kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, ceramic hob and oven. Dining area with table and 6 chairs. Wet room with WC and sink. 2 Terraces with garden table and 6 chairs, barbeque and 6 loungers by private pool. First Floor - Bedroom 1 with double bed, fitted wardrobes, side tables and private balcony. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, side tables and private balcony. Separate entrance to large terrace where you can enjoy a sunset or morning coffee. Family bathroom with full size bath, shower, WC and sink. We hope you enjoy your holiday!

Pylona has 4 tavernas, a village store and a doctor's surgery. Just 2 minutes away there is a large supermarket that caters for all your household requirements. Vlicha beach is 5 minutes away, which boasts a good selection of water sports, plenty of parking, toilets on the edge of the beach and even during the busiest times does not feel crowded. Exploring the island will take you to attractions such as Water World, Seven Springs, Butterfly Valley, Ostrich Farm, Rhodian Farm and Rhodes Aquarium. Whilst on the island you can visit archaeological and medieval sites, museums, exhibitions, churches and monasteries’. Ferry day excursions will take you to Marmaris in Turkey, the picturesque island of Symi and all other neighbouring islands. There are several horse riding facilities around the island along with go karting centres. The villa is only 5 minutes away from St Paul's Bay Church, where you can have a unique wedding and is a great location for all your guests.

  • Payment Terms
    20% non-refundable deposit to be paid at time of booking with balance paid 8 weeks prior to holiday start date.
    A security bond of £100 is also payable with the final balance and is returned immediately after your stay provided no damage has occurred.
    Payment will be accepted by bank transfer, credit card, cheque or PayPal (a surcharge applies to CC and PP).
    Payment by installment is welcomed provided whole balance is paid 8 weeks prior to holiday start date.
    Discounts may be negotiable for longer lets or during the winter season, please contact us for more details.

    The private swimming pool will be decommissioned and not available for use from 01/11/2009 to 31/03/2009.
