Situated in the real heart of the village this is a superb, quiet and spacious apartment of 80m² on the 4th level with lift in a beautiful old-style building. The dining room and bedrooms all have a marvellous view on the Bays of Villefranche and St Jean Cap Ferrat. The flat is newly furnished and equipped. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the junior bedroom sleeps 2. The kitchen has a dish washer, microwave oven, oven, refrigerator and freezer. The washing machine is located in a small storeroom beside the en-suite bathroom. The dining area is in the living room. Spacious terrace with table, chairs and marquee. The flat is equipped with air-conditioning and electrical heating for winter use. Pets not allowed. It is ideally located, as a matter of fact the apartment is a couple of minutes walk from the shops, supermarkets, groceries, pharmacy, ATM, restaurants, train station, bus-stop, car park and 5 minutes to the sandy beach and l'Institute de Francais.

Villefranche is located between Nice and Monaco / Monte-Carlo (both reachable in 10 /15 minutes by car / train) and is walking distance from St-Jean Cap-Ferrat and Beaulieu. The Port and the Old Town date back to 130 BC and some streets have been the same for centuries. It is the pearl of the French Riviera that has been kept secret due to the lack of major hotels in the surroundings allowing it to preserve its unique beauty and charm. Day trips include numerous cruises, visits to Ventimiglia, Cannes, Monaco and Nice. The town is a fantastic place to be used as a base for mountain biking and trekking (public transport can be used to reach a vast variety of mountain tracks) and also for road cycling. Villefranche is considered to be the best part of the French Riviera, and is truly one of the world's great locations.

  • 2 weeks: Euro 2'800
    3 weeks: Euro 3'500
    1 month: Euro 4'500
  • A deposit of 30% is required on making the booking, the balance to be paid at least one week before arrival. Upon receipt of the balance the directions to the apartment and the apartment manager’s contact details for the meeting will be sent. The manager will supply the keys and introduce the renter to the apartment.
    Cleaning and laundry on vacating the apartment is respectively an additional €100 and €70, which is payable together with a security payment of €500 to the apartment manager on collection of the keys. The previous mentioned security deposit will be refunded on return of the keys subject to no damage to the property, the fixtures or fittings.

My husband, my children aged 7 and 9 and myself stayed in this recently renovated apartment in Villefranche at end of July. We had a marvellous time. The apartment is centrally located with easy access to supermarket, ATM and other convenience shops. The apartment is very spacious and the view breathtaking. The beach is only a few minutes walk from the apartment. There are plenty of great restaurants to choose from - all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment for a perfect holiday and we will definitely be returning to it again.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Perfect location, stunning view

This was an excellent, comfortable, newly renovated apartment in a perfect location with a breathtaking view. The apartment is a very short walk from the centre of town, terrific restaurants and shops, the waterfront, and the beach. The terrace has an amazing view, perfect for watching the sun go down in the evening. The owner and caretaker were both incredibly efficient and accommodating responding very quickly to all inquiries. Every step of the process was incredibly smooth, I look forward to renting this apartment again.
