This studio is on the ground floor of a large house and has the benefit of access to a large terrace with table & chairs and extensive gardens. It is within a 10 minute walk to the charming harbour of Sutivan with its quayside cafes & restaurants. The studio is air-conditioned and furnished & equipped to a high standard incl. fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. There is a separate large double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/dining area. A parking space is available should you wish to hire a car. Sutivan gets lively in the evenings, especially in July and August - local music in the town square & many festivals to enjoy - the local people certainly know how to enjoy themselves and encourage you to join in. We provide an Information Pack detailing places of interest, general information, emergency nos., brochures & map of the island. Bed linen & towels are provided & bed made up prior to arrival. A chargeable baby sitting service is available on request. A full size cot is available.

Sutivan is a picturesque fishing village with a harbour surrounded by bars and restaurants. The atmosphere is very friendly and the evening sunsets are breathtaking. There are many beaches to choose from, either family or activity oriented, secluded or naturist depending on your preference. The coastal villages & inland fortress towns & the central mountains clad with olive groves are a joy to explore - the island is a walkers paradise - there is also a frequent bus service. Brac is a beautiful island - the crystal clear waters are ideal for swimming, diving, snorkeling, wind surfing and sailing. An open air market and two supermarkets cater for your daily needs. Activities on offer are a diving centre, sea-kayaking, windsurfing, pedaloes for children, organised walks, fish picnics, boat hire, fishing trips, etc. You can take a boat day trip to the walled city of Trogir a UNESCO Heritage site and to Hvar the neighbouring island or explore the many coves in a boat yourself.

Lovely small apartment based in the heart of a small village. The apartment was clean and had a homely feel. Several nice restaurants nearby. Island contact was incredibly friendly and helpful and made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Would recommend for a couple wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy town.
