We are pleased to offer a apartment (55 m2), with 3min walk to the beautiful El Portet beach and 2 min drive (or 10 min walk) to the wonderful Moraira town. The separate apartment is situated under a villa with a window looking into the swimming pool. The apartment is a specially, exclusive cave design to give you an extraordinary and relaxing feeling. There is access to the swimming pool, and the beautiful beach is just 3min walk! The apartment includes a small, open kitchen with fridge, refrigerator, electric cooker, kettle, plates, cutlery, pans etc. Main room contains 2 sofa-beds, table, bar stools. Bathroom includes a shower, toilet and sink with tools. The apartment has a 4 meters glass door/window which slides completely into the wall creating an open space with the patio, which is located under palm trees with a table and 4 chairs (shown on pictures). A parking space for 2 cars and a separate entrance. No pets. Smoking only allowed outside. Very welcome.
