An historic house delightfully furnished, having 3 spacious bedrooms 1 bathroom, kitchen/diner, dining room, a comfortable lounge with wood burner, tastefully decorated with antique furniture, a front and back garden making most of the sun. Only a few paces from the quay to catch the ferry to Fowey. Bed linen is included, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, freezer, TV/ DVD.

Location: Polruan in United Kingdom

Polruan is a beautiful village on the picturesque river Fowey, connected to Fowey by a passenger and car ferry. An area with fabulous coastal walks, beaches, sailing, fishing, ideal for caneoing and kayaking, The Eden Project is approximately a 10 mile drive away, this is a quiet village where people do say 'good morning' there are two pubs, a tea room and food shop, a local milk and vegetable delivery. This is the area to come for a holiday of rest and relaxation or to get out an explore all the walks. In Fowey there are lots of restaurants who specialise in fish dishes, a daily ferry service runs all day from 7am to 11pm in the summer months (weather permitting) it stops earlier in the winter months. A truly magical area, you will want to return time and time again.
