Are you looking for a quiet, romantic spot in the middle of a olive grove between century-old trees? Do you like a sunny location with a view? Do you like being able to reach the ocean and a lively small Italian town within minutes by car? Do you appreciate modern comforts along with all the romantic? Clear architecture, bright rooms? Above the famous olive area Dolcedo in an olive grove by Isolalunga you will find our newly built villetta Fontana in a sunny location with a view, on an approx. 2,500 m² property, surrounded by spacious terraces. The rooms (total approx. 100 m²) are ideally laid-out for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen is very well-equipped with granite counter tops, large refrigerator, dish washer, freezer. The bathroom is also very spacious and has a shower and bidet. All floors are marble tile. Large arched windows and natural stone give it that Mediterranean flair.

Our house is located in a very sunny location with a view over a hamlet from Dolcedo past Imperia Porto Maurizio. The picturesque Imperia Porto Maurizio with beaches and numerous shops is approx. 10 minutes away by car. The beaches are both public and private, some sand, some pebbles and stone. There is also a good infrastructure in nearby Dolcedo with shops, restaurants, bank, cultural activities market etc. Porto Maurizio: The nice, medieval harbour town is not very touristy, but it 'lives' as the provinces' capital the whole year. Destinations like Monaco, Nice, Menton or Genua the famous oceanographic museum are between 30 and 100 km away, they would be good day-trips, even by train and/or bus. Imperia is located between Alassio and San Remo. Nice, Monte Carlo, Genua and the Ligurian back-country make interesting trips as well.
