The apartment lies in a two-storey building near the sea, overlooking the ocean with an unobstructed view guaranteed over La Gomera, la Palma and El Hierro. It boasts an open-plan kitchen, a large living room, a beautiful bedroom, a large corridor and a glassed-in terrace. Neighbourhood utilities are taxi, bus station, car rental, supermarkets, pharmacy, doctor, many restaurants and miscellaneous shops.
