Newly built on a private complex 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, seperate kitchen/lounge, spacious fully equipped 2nd floor apartment. Luxury furniture throughout, with two furnished balconies one over looking the large pool area which has a seperate child's pool, secure underground parking and 2 lifts. The Apartment is centrally located meaning only a short stroll for restaurants, shops and bars and the beautiful sandy beach. A good base for those wishing to explore more of the Algarve with good Public Transport - Albufeira is about 15 minutes and shuttle buses also run from the town to main attractions such as Zoo Marine and Algarve Shopping centre Both only about a 10 - 15 minute drive away. For Golfers there are over 10 golf courses within 30 mins drive. Car hire is avaliable in the town, or we can recommend a company.

Armacao De Pera is in a central location if you wish to explore the rest of the Algarve , being only a short distance from Albufeira with its main strip of Restaurants, shops, bars and busy nightlife! Or take a stroll through the old town and modern harbour. Silves is a sleepy town to amble around with its Castle, a great attraction about 20 minutes away. Faro hides a great historic character, as well as a lively shopping centre, or take a tour from the port. Vilamoura is a golf haven with the beautiful Marina and the surrounding amenities including water sports. One of the golf courses 'Salgados' is only about 3km from Armacao. Zoo Marine where you can swim with the Dolphins and watch the shows is a great day out, also close by are serveral other water parks. Armacao boasts one of the longest sandy beaches in the Algarve with boat trips avaliable from the beach out to the caves and hidden sandy coves, or enjoy a walk along the cliff tops with stunning views of the surroundings.

Or included within the final payment and refunded by cheque or bank transfer, subject to no damages or loss of keys.

Armacao De Pera - Ideal for All: The apartment is a new development which is furnished to a high quality, with spacious airy rooms and two balconies. The large enclosed pool area is great for families, with its private access. Or just a short walk away the beautiful beach which stretches for miles and has life guards in peak season, with beach front restaurants and bars. There is a tourist office centrally located in town and a booking office, along with everything else you would expect including a medical centre, dentists and friendly locals.

Central Algarve Location: For those wanting to explore, Armacao is an ideal base, as trips for example to Zoo Marine, Aqua Land, Go-Karting, local markets or even Lisbon, can be booked at the local tour office. Public transport is easy and reliable as is the taxi service avaliable. There is also car and bike hire a short walk from the apartment. This is also an ideal base for the golfer as your spoilt for choice in the Algarve.
