  • RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

    Cancellation is not a happy thought, but in a property of this calibre, we will be requiring a £500 deposit with your reservation. This deposit will act as a guarantee of your arrival as well as damage deposit - to be refunded after your departure.

    Your balance will remain the same, to be debited at the beginning of your arrival week. Your deposit will be refunded within the week following your departure (usually within 48 hours).

    Naturally, your deposit will be debited from your Credit/Debit card and your Balance will be taken the same way.

    In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your deposit will be returned, less the £50 Administration Fee.

  • Rates vary for the time of year and the length of stay and number of persons, but always include all taxes and utilities.
    There is a two night minimum stay on weekends with a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends.
    Rates from 4 to 10 persons - £500 to £850 per night
    Rates for 12 to 14 persons - £900 to £1200 per night

    Children are Welcome as long as they and their parents are well behaved
