There are 4 double bedrooms, 3 of which can be split into twin beds for visiting friends or sophisticated special occasions. The beautiful period Drawing Room provides a delightful space for entertaining or simply relaxing after a hard day of site-seeing and shopping. You will also be delighted with the stunningly designed kitchen, which is on the lower ground floor and opens into the chic Formal Dining Room. The kitchen also has French Doors which open onto the pretty Georgian courtyard - offering another lovely space in which to relax or entertain.   • Rates vary for the time of year and the length of stay as well as number of persons, but always include all taxes and utilities.
    There is a two night minimum stay on weekends with a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends.
    Rates for from 2 to 4 persons - £250 to £300 per night
    Rates for from 5 to 7 persons - £300 to £450 per night
    Rates for up to 10 persons - £500 to £600 per night
    Rates for up to 12 persons - £600 to £ 700 per night
    Rates for up to 14 persons- £900 to £1400 per night
    Rates for up to 16 persons £1000 to £1600 per night
    Children are Welcome as long as they and their parents are well behaved.
    SPECIAL DISCOUNTS FOR LONG STAYS AND FOR ARTISTS, ACTORS AND MUSICIANS PERFORMING IN THE AREA.
  • CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION POLICY:

    Cancellation is not a happy thought, but in properties of this calibre, we will be requiring a £300 deposit with your reservation. This can be debited from your credit or debit card.

    This deposit will act as a guarantee of your arrival as well as damage deposit - to be refunded after your departure.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY WHEN YOU DEPART. TRY TO MAKE EVERYONE IN YOUR PARTY AWARE THAT THEY MUST BE RESPECTFUL AND LEAVE THE PROPERTY IN GOOD CONDITION.

    Your balance will remain the same, to be debited at the beginning of your arrival week. Your deposit will be refunded within the week following your departure (usually within 48 hours).

    Naturally, your deposit will be debited from your Credit/Debit card and your Balance will be taken the same way.

    We will be requiring a deposit with your reservation. This deposit will act as a Damage Deposit as well as the guarantee of your arrival. Your Full balance will be due on your day of arrival, and which I can also debit from your card. Your Deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of your departure.
    In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your deposit will be returned, less the £50 Administration Fee.

  • The family bathroom is on the first floor and is very large and lovely - and all towels and toiletries are provided. The second bathroom is on the lower ground floor off of the Kitchen foyer.

There is a beautiful family bathroom next to the master bedroom and an additional stylish shower room.
