Monte Mayor is beautifully located, enjoying stunning views over the Mediterranean to Africa from within this award winning Andalusian style pueblo of unique recently completed houses. This stunning modern luxury town house is located in a small development, La Heredia De Monte Mayor, part of the 5 star Monte Mayor Golf & Country Club located in the hills (near Benahavis) and only a 15 minute drive from the coast. The house features 3 large double en suite bedrooms with great views; modern marble bathrooms with powerful showers. The spacious, beautifully decorated living room with two double French windows opening onto a large private terrace, has a quality sofa bed, multi-channel TV, DVD, stereo. Separate dining room for six off a high quality, fully equipped (Bosch) kitchen. The terrace has the most spectacular uninterrupted views to the coast (often including N. Africa) and is therefore well equipped for spending your days relaxing and sunbathing. The house is also next to the pool.

The villa is located in the 5* resort, Monte Mayor Golf & Country Club which has a range of facilities including the famous Monte Mayor Golf course and Club House/cafe (everybody welcome), driving range, floodlit paddle tennis and regular tennis courts plus excellent walking routes. Horse riding is available within a 5 min. drive. Marbella and Puerto Banus are both an easy drive (30 mins or so) with excellent shopping, restaurants and night-life. The main coast road (about 15 min drive) has a huge selection of restaurants, bars, cafes etc. Estepona (25 mins) has an interesting marina & good markets on Wed/Sundays. The nearby beaches are good with a range of lively beach bars, restaurants and hotels with pools. A 2 hour drive could take in Gibralter, Tarifa (fantastic wind and kite surfing), Seville, Jerez and the white villages of Ronda, Nerja & Mijas. This is the Costa Del Golf so the choice of golf courses within an easy drive is huge.

The Area: LA HEREDIA is a picturesque 'pueblo-style' village, set in the foothills of the Sierra Blanca mountains, just a few minutes away from San Pedro de Alcántara & Puerto Banús. It is conveniently located near the access to the toll highway. Golfers will be happy to know that Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club (18 holes) is just across the Road and La Quinta Golf Course (18 holes) is only 10 minutes drive away.

The Properties: The Urbanization: Although technically an urbanization, La Heredia feels like an authentic 'Pueblo' with cobbled streets, fountains and squares with exotic vegetation. The charming pastel coloured houses offer spectacular views of golf courses and the mountains, down to the Rock of Gibraltar and the African Coast. Individually designed townhouses are built in accordance with the traditional Andalusian architecture and with authentic materials. Each house is unique in design and layout. The Community has 2 swimming pools, one of them heated.

The Facilities: An even bigger, better and more luxurious clubhouse, designed by renowned American architects, is already in development.
